Hiring Mortgage Roles:

As a Jr. Final Documents Administrator, you will ensure mortgage trailing documents are accurately tracked, logged, and submitted to investors on time. You'll be responsible for resolving exceptions, maintaining organized files, and assisting in compliance audits to keep operations seamless.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role; open to fresh graduates.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or further studies is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • Capable of working independently and making sound decisions when required.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to support both internal employees and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

As a Jr. Lock Desk Analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to support financial decisions, ensuring smooth settlement transactions, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage dashboards, and help forecast trends using tools and predictive models.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analysis software.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Bloomberg, Reuters, or other platforms is a plus.

As a Loan Reviewer, you will ensure accuracy and compliance across all closing documents, from borrower details to disclosure tracking. You'll verify, index, and coordinate with third parties to complete documentation while maintaining detailed records of each loan. Your attention to detail keeps every transaction seamless and compliant.

  • Course/Skill requirement - No mortgage background needed, new grad preferably.

As a Post Closing Auditor, you will review loan documents to ensure compliance with agency guidelines and verify the accuracy of each file. You'll work closely with specialists to confirm completeness and ensure all audits are completed promptly and efficiently within established timelines.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ year(s) experience in loan processing or mortgage auditing preferred.
  • Encompass experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the loan process and what each department is responsible for.
